Dr. Lubna Farah (Assistant Professor)
Dr. Lubna Farah is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Translation & Interpretation at the National University of Modern Languages in Islamabad. She earned her PhD in Arabic from the National University of Modern Languages in 2008. Teaching and research experience stretches over about ten years, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds, possessing excellent verbal communication and written skills along with constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment.
She has excellent interpretation & translation skills with experience from over 25 years. She worked as translator/interpreter and provided translation and interpretation services to different organizations such as UN offices, Embassies and where else it was required. Her practical experience extends to converting documents and articles from one language into another on given deadline.
