The Business Incubation Center of NUML (BICON), established under the HEC’s flagship initiative, stands as a catalyst for creativity, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Since 2016, BICON has been shaping a new generation of leaders who think boldly, act creatively, and drive meaningful change.

At BICON, entrepreneurship is more than launching startups; it’s about transforming mindsets, building competencies, and creating sustainable impact.
