Contributed to a large-scale education project by conducting in-person surveys of approximately 4,000 BSS employees across Pakistan using SurveyCTO. The data informed a pilot of multiple appraisal systems aimed at improving employee retention and motivation.

Numismatics: Collector of approximately 300 international banknotes and 200 coins.
Bibliophilia: Maintains a personal library of over 150 books on politics, history, international relations, and related subjects.

News & Politics
An avid follower of both national and international current affairs. Regularly engages with political discourse through Twitter, current affairs programs, newsletters from think tanks, and diverse news outlets.
