MOU for community service with Human Care Foundation

A memorandum of understanding was signed between hcf and NEES November 23, 2022.The MoU focuses on pursuing capacity-building initiatives including developing and strengthening new skills through different youth empowerment projects, workshops, training projects and mentorship.
