The Department of English consists of vibrant programs with dedicated faculty to assist in studying communicative practices of cultures and writers from all around the world. Our courses on major literary authors and ages reflect our involvement with the study of English in global contexts. Our student-centered classrooms offer opportunities to use multiple modalities, genres, and theoretical frameworks to read critically the word and the world around us, with an aptitude toward writing their own future.
