Followings are the objectives of GEN:
- Capacity Buildings of Students through developing management skills, effective communication skills, and team work.
 - Producing critical thinkers/ writers who can share ideas, thoughts, and opinions.
 - Building Personal, Interpersonal, and Nonviolent Communication Skills.
 - Building constituency of young leaders for constructive change in society.

6. APPOINTMENT
- Officer bearers (President, Vice President, General Secretary) shall be Elected/ Nominated through a process.
 - Executive Members will be appointed on the basis of defined criteria (Attendance Punctuality + Grades + Personal Statement).
 
7. TENURE
All officer bearers shall be selected for a term of ONE-TWO Semesters (1 academic year)
8. OTHER ROLES
- Mentor: Head of Department, Governance and Public Policy.
 - In-charge: Faculty Member, G & PP
