Prof. Dr. Muhammad Riaz Shad delivered Talk on “Ukraine Conflict: Dynamics and Prospects” at the Defense and Strategic Department, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. Departmental students of the BS, M.Phil and PhD programmes attended the the subject lecture. Prof. Shad highlighted the structural dynamics of the Ukraine conflict. Further, he discussed the Russian military and political objectives vis-à-vis its military intervention in Ukraine, and the Western response to the Russian act. He also examined the implications of the Ukraine war for Pakistan within the context of its broader global repercussions.
