Functions and Duties
The Examinations Branch of NUML is entrusted with the following key functions and responsibilities:

Conduct of Examinations – Organizing mid-term, final-term, and other university examinations in a fair and transparent manner.

Result Compilation & Declaration – Ensuring timely evaluation, accurate tabulation, and prompt declaration of results.

Issuance of Academic Credentials – Preparing and issuing transcripts, provisional certificates, degrees, and other academic documents.

Policy Implementation – Enforcing university rules, regulations, and examination policies in coordination with academic departments.

Coordination with Campuses & Faculties – Liaising with all NUML campuses and faculties to streamline examination activities.

Record Maintenance – Maintaining secure and updated records of results, degrees, and examination-related data.

Grievance Handling – Addressing student queries, rechecking requests, and examination-related concerns in a fair manner.

Use of Technology – Introducing automation and digital systems for efficiency, transparency, and student facilitation.

Confidentiality & Security – Ensuring strict confidentiality and security of examination papers, results, and student data.

Support for Academic Excellence – Strengthening the academic credibility of NUML through reliable and credible examination practices.
