As a person with a background in technology management and public policy, I am interested in the role of motivation in organizational behavior and performance. Motivation is a complex and multifaceted concept that drives human actions and influences our behavior in various contexts, including the workplace.
I have previously researched the impact of restructuring organizational processes on employee motivation post-pandemic and analyzed the total reward strategy of ROOTs School System and SLS School and its impact on employee retention. In addition, I have explored the significance of motivation in organizational behavior and its impact on organizational performance. I am particularly interested in understanding the different types of motivation, such as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and how they affect employee behavior and performance. I am also interested in exploring the various motivational theories, and their relevance to organizational behavior and performance. Overall, I am passionate about understanding the role of motivation in creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and promoting productivity.
