Special Announcement - NUML Transportal

1.   Renewal of Old Bus Cards
a.   Schedule: 12 to 19 Jan 2023.
b.   Date Extended till: 24 Jan 2023.
c.   Fee Deposit Last Date: Clear 4 day after Date of Issue of Challan.

2.   Application for New Bus Cards
a.   Schedule: 23 to 30 Jan 2023.
b.   Fee Deposit Last Date: Seat will be allotted after renewal of Old Bus Cards.

3.   Short Courses
a.   Schedule: 31 Jan to 10 Feb 2023.
b.   Fee Deposit Last Date: Later.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.   Students are advised to BE PATIENT after applying as verification of data is under process and Tpt Fe Challans are being issued bus wise.
2.   All applicants must read “STUDENTS’ GUIDE” before Registration/ Renewal.
3.   Reasons for Challan Delay
a.   Provision of Incorrect Format of Profile Picture.
b.   Masked or Faded Photo/ Images are not acceptable.
c.   Wrong or Incomplete/ Incorrect System Id.
d.   Wrong CNIC Nos.
e.   Fake E-mail Id.
f.   Incorrect Cell Nos.
g.   Not uploading Old Bus Card (for old bus users).
4.   Failure in deposit of fee on due date will cause cancellation of seat in the Bus.
5.   Fee waiver is not allowed.
6.   For Special Person Bus card contact Transport Officer.
7.   No fee refund is allowed.

Registration last date extended for Coursera (HEC)

1. HEC-COURSERA registration date for online Form has been extended till 29th of January 2023.

2. Below is the list of some short courses which Learners can take as per their interest area

3. Revocation Policy: To ensures maximum utilization of the licenses, revocation policy has been devised as below:

i.   If an applicant doesn't activate his license and didn’t enrols himself within the first 15 days of receiving a license invitation link at his / her registered email address.
ii.   If an applicant doesn’t perform any activity or enrolled in any of the recommended courses or any other course within 15 days of receiving a license invitation link.
iii.   If a learner fails to complete a single course from the recommended courses or any course within the first 30 days of receiving the Coursera license from HEC.
In any of the above-mentioned case, HEC has the right to cancel the license and offer this opportunity to other eligible user.
