Welcome to the Department of Electrical Engineering, located at the heart of the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad. We ensure that the potential engineers are well equipped theoretically as well as hands-on knowledge of advanced engineering tools in a highly conducive environment of academic learning and co-curricular activities, enables the students to grow professionally and polish their skills and personality. We prioritize teaching students through our undergraduate electrical engineering degree program continuously-accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The curriculum is regularly updated according to the needs of modern technology and on the lines of the Pakistan Engineering Council/ Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Adapting to the market demand and to meet international standards, we have already shifted to the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system in-line with the requirement of PEC to be a signatory member of the Washington Accord. We are committed to produce graduates of high intellectual standards and caliber to meet the current and future needs in the field of modern technologies both in Pakistan and internationally. Most of our engineering graduates are serving in top positions in industry and a number of our graduates are pursuing their higher education abroad and within Pakistan.
