1.Application and Bank Challan forms can be downloaded from https://onlineadmission.numl.edu.pk/addmax/app/index.aspx
2.A guide book is also available online with application form free of cost for your reference.
3.Scan copy of filled Registration Form along with required documents should be sent on register.topik@gmail.com (Please attach all necessary documents with your application form). OR Submit your application form along with required documents in Room No.114, Lower ground Floor Ghalib Block, NUML Islamabad by Hand or by Post.
4.Only complete registration forms reaching us through Email or by post by Jan 21, 2022 until 2359hrs will be accepted.
5.Please provide your WhatsApp number (if available) for necessary communication.
6.No entry without CNIC/Passport and Registration slip on exam day.
7.Mobile and other Electronic Gadgets are strictly not allowed on exam day.
