SOPs for Students for online classes

Dear Students,

Since your online sessions have started you are instructed to Follow some instructions  which can benefit you in your online classes:

As soon as you start your online class you are advised to immediately turn off your camera and mute your microphone. It should be unmuted only when you want to speak or ask something. After completing your question turn it mute again. This practice is needed to avoid  the disturbance due to background noise around you and to focus and listen to the teacher peacefully.

Not only your seriousness but also your cooperation is inevitable for smooth conduction of classes. It is expected that no participant will be disturbing the online sessions deliberately. Other than the above mentioned instructions  follow the demands and warnings (if given any) of your teachers seriously  Faculty members are given full authority to take serious action against any disturbing and distracting student and  ultimately remove them from the session permanently.

If you are facing any problem in your online sessions , please feel  free to convey to  your teacher.

I wish you all the best for your virtual learning

 Regards
