Shaping the Future: The Role of Academicians in Social Reform - FDP

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Mirpur Campus, successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme on the theme "Shaping the Future: The Role of Academicians in Social Reform."

The seminar featured distinguished guest speaker Mr. Mahmood Ahmed, the Founder & Executive Chairman of the Character Education Foundation and Founder of the Read Foundation. Mr. Ahmed shared his valuable insights on the crucial role that academicians play in fostering positive social change and shaping society's future. The session explored the responsibilities and opportunities for educators to contribute to social reform through their teaching, research, and engagement with the community. The Faculty Development Programme was held at NUML Mirpur Campus, Sector A, New City Mirpur AJK, and faculty members actively participated.
