I am a public policy analyst and social development worker, specializing in the critical domains of Participation, Decentralization, Local Governance, Civil Society Organizations, and tackling Social Marginalization. Throughout my career, I have delved into participatory research, exploring the intricate dynamics of community engagement and the decentralization of governance structures. My focus extends to the empowerment of local communities through effective governance mechanisms and the pivotal role of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in driving positive change. With a deep understanding of the challenges related to Social Marginalization, I am committed to developing strategies that foster inclusivity and address the needs of marginalized populations. My research agenda centers on creating practical frameworks that amplify the voices of marginalized communities within the context of local governance. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Universiti Sains Malaysia, under the prestigious HEC overseas scholarship, and a Master's in Public Policy from the National Defence University. Externally, my work explores the dynamics between policies crafted at the international level and their impact on the ground in addressing social marginalization. I am dedicated to contributing valuable insights that bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical, community-centered solutions.  I invite you to explore my research and contributions, which aim to shape effective and inclusive policies in the realms of Participation, Decentralization, Local Governance, Civil Society Organizations, and mitigating Social Marginalization
