Submission of Deed of Agreement under Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship
Awardees of Ehsaas Scholarship from Main Campus as well as Regional Campuses are instructed to submit filled deed of agreement (on Stamp paper) to the following addrees on or before 30th June 2020 positively, through courier or by any means convenient.

**Note: Specimen of the deed of agreement is attached below and awardees are directed to follow the same specimen.
***It is further advised that before submitting deed of agreement, once again check your scholarship stauts in the final list attached with the previous announcement of Ehsaas Scholarship.

We are pleased to inform that you have been selected under Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship. For opening of NBP bank account and transfer of scholarship funds, HEC and National Bank of Pakistan require following information on a given template for your CNIC verification on an immediate basis:

Please fill and email the information at nbp.hec.verify@gmail.com today positively.
Once your bank account is opened, you will activate your NBP account after visiting respective NBP branch which will be shared later. On activation of account , your scholarship funds will be transferred by HEC.
Important Note: Such students who do not have valid CNIC , only B form are also required to inform at nbp.hec.verify@gmail.com about unavailability of CNIC.
(CNIC of Brother/Sister/Mother/Father/Uncles etc. ) will NOT be acceptable.
- List of students is attached. While studnets on waiting list have also been approved by HEC for the award of Ehsaas Scholarship. Hence, they also need to submit the required account opening data.

Registration of 71st TOPIK Starts from June 08 ~ Jun 22, 2020
- Applicant can also Download Registration Form ,Bank Fee challan Form (Rs. 2300/-) & a Guide book from https://onlineadmission.numl.edu.pk
- Filled Registration form along with Paid Challan (Original Department Copy) Rs. 2300/- , CNIC/Passport (Copy) and 02xPassport Size Photographs (Blue Background) can be sent on sumairajan89@gmail.com. Please ensure all necessary attachments with your application form.
- No personal visits are required/allowed to submit application forms.
- Registration slip will be sent through emails, so all candidates are requested to ensure attending their emails and phone calls.
- Only complete Applicatio forms reaching through email till June 22, 2020 till 2359hrs will be accepted.
- No entry without CNIC/Passport and Registration Slip on Exam day.
- Mobile and other Electronic Gadgets are strictly not allowed on Exam day.
