The Department of Spanish Language participated in the three days International Cultural Exhibition organized during the Spring Festival 2024 at NUML (22-24 April 2024). Stall displayed food items, books, artifacts, typical dresses and other small items of public interest from both Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. Additionally, the public enjoyed taking photos with T-shirts of Messi & Ronaldo at the photo booth and participated in the general knowledge pop quiz about these countries. The Embassy of Spain, Cuba, Portugal and Brazil also supported the department during the exhibition.

The Department of Pakistan Studies at NUML, Islamabad, hosted a seminar titled "Cultural Heritage of Pakistan" at the Ibn-e-Rush Hall, featuring Dr. Zobia Sultana, Deputy Director of Lok Virsa Islamabad, as the chief guest. The seminar showcased Pakistan's rich cultural diversity through presentations by Pakistan Studies students, which impressed Dr. Sultana. Later, Mr. Poitr Kunat, First Secretary of the Embassy of Poland, attended the Cultural Show as the guest of honor.
