3rd National Conference on Engineering and Computing Technologies (NCECT) 2023

The 3rd National Conference on Engineering and Computing Technologies (NCECT) 2023 was organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Sciences (FE&CS). Distinguished Guest Speakers; Dr. Shoab Ahmed Khan (Founder of Centre of Advanced Research and Engineering (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz Pakistan)), Mr. Syed Ahmed Kamal (CEO of DPL), and Prof. Dr.Tamim Ahemd Khan delivered guest speaker talk.  Illustrative discussions were carried out on Emerging technologies including Artificial intelligence, Cryptocurrency, Future Developing paradigm in light of ChatGPT, and Innovation Thinking that should be the focus by the students. Presenters from various universities presented their research work in the domains of CS, SE, EE and mathematics.

A seminar on the significance of Occupational health and wellbeing was conducted in Confucius Hall, Ibn e Khaldun block, by Psychological well being society, Department of Applied Psychology.  Dr. Aisha Zubair, from the National Institute of Psychology, QAU, conversed with the attendees as our guest speaker.  She shed light on the significance of work ethics and organizational politics and their effects on employees' mental health as well as how openness and understanding may transpire in a flourishing work environment.
