A seminar on the significance of Occupational health and wellbeing was conducted in Confucius Hall, Ibn e Khaldun block, by Psychological well being society, Department of Applied Psychology. Dr. Aisha Zubair, from the National Institute of Psychology, QAU, conversed with the attendees as our guest speaker. She shed light on the significance of work ethics and organizational politics and their effects on employees' mental health as well as how openness and understanding may transpire in a flourishing work environment.

Departmental Facilitation and Support Club (DFSC) of Department of English UGS conducted a webinar on "Fulbright Masters and PhD Application Procedure and Guidance " under the supervision of Ms. Iram Shehzadi on 7th April, 2023.
The US exchange Alumni, Noor ul Ain and Nimra Faridoon and Director scholarship (DFSC)Muhammad Darwesh addressed the step by step Application procedure in detail.
A Q/A session was also held at the end of the 1 and half hour long session.

Reading Book Session on "The Reluctant Fundamentalist" was organized by Reader's Club on 6th April
On the auspicious date of April 6th, 2023, the English Readers’ Club successfully conducted their inaugural literary circle, featuring an insightful discussion on Mohsin Hamid’s “The Reluctant Fundamentalist.” The event began with the esteemed Club President delivering the opening remarks, followed by two diligent students who provided an in-depth analysis of the book’s narratives and themes. The literary circle culminated with a lively Question/Answer session, wherein attendees shared their interpretations and offered thought-provoking insights. The event was brought to a close with Ms. Hadiqa Sarwar, the Focal Person, expressing her appreciation for the active participation and illuminating discussion that transpired throughout the literary circle.

ALLAMA IQBAL POETRY RECITAL COMPETITION-2023
The Grand Finale of Allama Iqbal Poetry Recital Competition-2023 was organized by Allama Iqbal Society NUML (AISN), Department of Persian Studies on 4th April 2023 at Confucius Seminar Hall, Ibn-e-Khaldun block, NUML. Director General NUML presided the occasion and presented the shields and certificates to the winners of the competition. Pro-Rector R&SI, Dean FoL also graced the occasion.
