Engineers walk for a Cause

East Campus

An interactive session on the wildlife and biological diversity of the Margalla Hills was conducted on the given day to highlight the importance of clean environment among masses and to seek their support for healthy environment. Afterward, more than 25 university students took part in the hiking and cleanup effort at Margalla Hills Trail-5.

International Teachers Day

In honour of World Teachers Day 2022, Electrical Engineering Department under NEES paid a special tribute to educators who, through committed mentoring and focused instruction, develop tomorrow's leaders and inspire nation-building. The ceremony was attended by both teachers and students where students highlight the role teachers play throughout the academic life of students, and beyond, investing their heart and soul in nurturing their students. The ceremony was attended by teachers and students and cake cutting ceremony was done at the end to pay tribute to teachers for their worthy contribution toward the development of society.

Visit at Mera Ghr Orphanage

East Campus

The NEES members had an opportunity to visit mera ghar orphanage located at Rawalpindi. The visit encouraged the students to understand the pain of needy people in society particularly orphan children and how they can support them. Furthermore, the visitors had arranged mehfil e milad for orphan children where they were taught how religious teaching of Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) can help them to become better member of society. The purpose of the visit was to make students aware of their social responsibilities for the society.

Online Webinar Start your company at the age of 18

The purpose of this on-demand webinar is to  provide action strategies to audience to help them to launch their own small enterprise. The seminar was organized by NEES in collaboration with HCF. The worthy speaker guided the audience about the the knowledge, know-how, and networks to build resilient new small businesses. Total of 150+ students have participated in a seminar from different universities.

Trip to Mushpuri Top

NEES arranged a one-day trip to Mushkpuri, one of most famous picnic point of KPK Pakistan. Total of 65 students have participated in the recreational activity This activity provided an excellent opportunity for students to experience cultures outside of their own and understand the diverse culture, history and landscape of their own country.

Embedded System Workshop

East Campus

The purpose of this workshop is to highlight the uses of embedded systems which are virtually limitless because of increasing automation in every domain. Many embedded computers, even come with extensive libraries, so that “writing your own software” becomes a very trivial task indeed. The objective of this workshop was to present and discuss the embedded system architecture, to write the software for the processor, debug the software, to interface peripherals with the processor.
