Educational Visit to NIRM Hospital Islamabad
Department of Applied Psychology NUML, Islamabad arranged an educational visit to NIRM Hospital Islamabad. This trip was arranged for the students of Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP) for clinical exposure under hospital settings. The host Dr. Rehana Noor (Clinical Psychologist, NIRM), gave a briefing regarding psychotherapeutic approaches that were being followed to treat mental health issues being faced by patients. Furthermore students visited various facilities and services being provided at the psychology department NIRM.

Workshop : APA report writing
Department of Applied Psychology arranged a one day workshop on Writing Journal Articles and Dissertations:Following the APA-7 Report Writing Style. It was a one day training based interactive workshop session for BS 7th 8th, MPhil and PhD scholars.The emphasis of this workshop was to align the manuscripts (thesis & articles) with seventh edition style of APA and make papers easier to format. The session concluded with steps for organizing papers and improving their quality. Resource person was dr sobia Masood from National institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
