Two-Day International Conference “Unity in Diversity for National Cohesion” 29th & 30th April, 2024 at Air University Islamabad, Pakistan. As oral presenters at the Two-Day International Conference “Unity in Diversity for National Cohesion held in Air University Islamabad, Pakistan, two students; Ms. Malaika Arshad and Ms. Shazia Batool from the Department of Applied Psychology, who recently have completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, had the privilege to share their research findings under the supervision of Ms. Saadiya Abbasi (Lecturer, Department of Applied Psychology, NUML Islamabad). The topics of presentations included “Relationship between Discrimination and Psychological Well-being among University Students: Mediating Role of Perceived Stress”, and “Relationship between Cyber-bullying and Suicidal Ideation among University Students: Role of Emotional Problems”. Research papers presented in this conference was a platforms for sharing ideas that addressed the inequality and promoted the inclusivity in education and research.

بین الشعبہ جاتی مقابلہ بیت بازی
نمل جشنِ بہاراں کے سلسلے میں منعقدہ میلے میں اس پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ جس میں یونیورسٹی کے تمام شعبوں نے شرکت کی۔بیرونی منصفین میں ڈاکٹر ارشد محمود ناشاد اورسر اسامہ کوکب نے اپنے فرائض نبھائے اور اندروانی منصف کے طور پر جناب الیاس بابر اعوان نے شرکت کی۔پروگرام کی صدارت جناب پروفیسر مستفیض علوی نے فرمائی۔مقابلے میں پانچ ٹیموں نے حصہ لیا ۔جب کہ شعبۂ اردو کی ٹیم فاتح قرار پائی۔

کتاب میلہ
شعبہ اردو میں ہر سال کی طرح اس سال بھی تین روزہ کتاب میلے کا انعقاد جشن بہاراں کے تحت22 تا 24 اپریل 2024ء کیا گیا ۔جس میں مختلف سرکاری اور پرائیویٹ ناشرین نےکتابوں کے اسٹال لگائے۔کتاب میلا کامقصد طلبہ میں مطالعے کے ذوق و شوق کی بیداری تھا نیز اساتذہ اور طلبہ کوایک مرکز پر ہر نوع کی علمی، ادبی، تعلیمی، نصابی اورعمومی موضوعات پر مبنی کتب کی فراہمی تھا۔کتاب میلے کے مہمانِ خصوصی جناب ریکٹر نمل ۔میجر جنرل شاہد محمود کیانی (ر)، ہلال امتیاز ملٹری تھے ۔پروگرام کا افتتاح جناب ریکٹر ،نمل نے کیا جبکہ میلے میں نہ صرف نمل بلکہ جڑواں شہروں کی دیگرجامعات سے اساتذہ کرام اورطلبہ نے بھی کثیرتعدادمیں شرکت کی۔ کتاب میلے کے اختتام پر اسٹال لگانے والے ناشرین اورپبلشرز کونمل انتظامیہ کی جانب سے تعریفی اسناد بھی پیش کی گئیں۔

Spring Festival 2024
The Spring Festival at NUML University was a fun time filled with many culture. The Math Department stood out by joining in and showing off Punjab's traditions really well. They did cool stuff like dances, poems, and other fun activities that made everyone enjoy and understand Punjab's culture better. Their effort added a special spark to the festival, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone who attended.
