Workshop on data visualization using Matlab

The Department of Electrical Engineering organized a workshop on April 24th, 2024. The workshop focussed on Data visualization using Matlab. Dr. Khurram Ehsan, Associate Professor at Bahria University, Islamabad led the session. The workshop was attended by students of BEEE-6, BS Electronics 6th and 7th semesters, offering them practical insights into utilizing Matlab for visualizing complex data sets. Participants gained valuable skills in representing and interpreting data, enhancing their proficiency in this critical aspect of engineering and data analysis.

The Department of Electrical Engineering organized the 3rd National E- gaming event. It as a two day activity with students of various universities across Islamabad Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt participated in the event.

Seminar on Gender Equality

The Seminar on Gender Equality on 13 May, 2024 held at NIP, Quaid-e-Azam University, aimed to address key issues surrounding gender equality and promote awareness and understanding among students and faculty. The event was well-attended, with enthusiastic participation from the Department of Applied Psychology, NUML Islamabad.

Alumni Get-Together

On the 20th of May 2024, our department organized an alumni get-together that was attended by 35 former students. The event was a wonderful opportunity for the alumni to reconnect and share their success stories. During the gathering, an alumni club was officially established, and key positions such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer were assigned by Dean FEC. Dean FEC graced the occasion with his inspirational remarks, encouraging all present to stay connected and continue supporting the department.

Best Humorous Role Awarded to NUML Dramatics Club (NDC)

NUML Dramatics Club (NDC) has won the "Best Humorous Role" award at the NUST EME Annual Olympiad, held at CE&ME, Rawalpindi, today (May 04, 2024).  The NDC team performed a humorous play, entitled "Panchayat" which was also showcased at the recently held NUML Spring Festival. Great job by NDC and Ms Roshan!
