Orientation of new students of Faculty of Arts & Humanities on 11th September, 2023
On September 11, 2023, the Orientation Day at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities extended a warm welcome to incoming Undergraduate (UGS) and Graduate (GS) English students during both morning and afternoon sessions. It had the primary objectives of imparting crucial program-related information, including University academic, examination, and administration related details. Additionally, the event aimed to foster a sense of community and instill a profound sense of responsibility and commitment to their studies among the participants for the Fall 2023

Selection of BS English students for UGRAD Exchange Program 2023
Two students of BS English 6th semester, Sana Ihsan and Sabiha Mukarima have been selected for UGRAD Exchange Program this year. They attended pre-departure orientation on 6th August at United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) office.

Participation of English UGS Students in Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir Quiz Program Hosted by PTV on 22nd July 2023
PTV hosted a program for "Youm-e-Istehsal Kahmir",regarding Indian illegal acts and violations in occupied Kashmir on 22nd July. Four universities had participated including NUML. The two NUML participants, Noor-Ul-Ain Rehman (8th semester) from Department of English UGS and Aqsa Tahir(7th semester) from BS Pakistan studies have secured second position that resulted as a tie with Bahria University. Congratulations to participants.

The entrance test of BS English (UGS) was held on July 19, 2023 at NUML Islamabad (main campus). Thanks to all the students who volunteered today and made the process successful and smooth.
