Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI) is an initiative of Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in partnership with the world’s most popular Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC’s) service provider, Coursera International. The purpose of the venture is to boost online learning and skills development among potential learners by equipping them with the most demanding learning tracks.
DLSEI Cohort-II is being launched by the HEC from 13th July 2023. Under this program, Coursera license will be available free of cost to the students\faculty\staff of the public & private sector universities on a first come first serve basis. And licenses will be valid until February 2024.
