Manager’s Message

The NUML Information & Facilitation Centre (NIFC) reflects the University’s commitment to providing its community with accessible and reliable support. It brings together essential services under one roof, ensuring that students, parents, and visitors can navigate university procedures with ease and confidence.

Our purpose is to assist with clarity and professionalism, while maintaining the respect and courtesy every member of the NUML community deserves. By addressing matters related to academics, examinations, finance, student affairs, hostels, transport, and general student support, NIFC serves as a bridge between individuals and the services they require.

It is my hope that this Centre will continue to strengthen NUML’s culture of facilitation, enabling students to focus on their academic journey while feeling supported in all other aspects of university life.

The NUML Information & Facilitation Centre (NIFC) serves as the central help desk of the University, providing a one-stop solution for students, parents, and visitors. As the first point of contact, the Centre is dedicated to making NUML’s services more accessible, efficient, and student-friendly by guiding individuals to the appropriate offices and assisting with essential procedures.

To address the diverse needs of the NUML community, NIFC hosts the following dedicated service desks:

  • Academics Desk – Guidance regarding academic programs, rules, and admission-related queries.

  • Examinations Desk – Support for result cards, transcripts, degree processing, and exam-related information.

  • Finance Desk – Assistance with fee challans, dues, and other financial matters.

  • Student Affairs Desk – Information on student societies, events, scholarships, and general student services.

  • Hostel Affairs Desk – Guidance and support regarding hostel accommodation and related facilities.

  • Transport Desk – Assistance with transport routes, passes, and related queries.

Vision

To establish NIFC as the central hub of student support at NUML, ensuring that every student and visitor experiences efficiency, professionalism, guidance, and respect.

To facilitate students, parents, and visitors by providing reliable information, timely guidance, and courteous assistance through a one-window operation, thereby strengthening NUML’s student-centered culture.

  • To reduce delays and improve efficiency by integrating multiple facilitation services under one roof.
