Clean and Green Society
- Vision:
A project led by the department of Korean Language and Culture, supporting and promoting environmental safety activities at NUML and the society.
- Mission:
To educate students on the importance of keeping the environment clean and to engage them in several activities that lead to slowing down climate change.
- Purpose:
Clean and Green Society, Korean Language and Culture, is formed to create awareness among students and society regarding the importance of a clean and green environment. The purpose of this campaign is to address and create awareness about five crucial components of the environment, including tree plantation, waste management, plastic elimination, sanitation, and clean drinking water.
Clean and Green Society, Korean Language and Culture will provide environmental education to the students for the protection and preservation of the environment.
- Objective:
- To engage students and faculty in activities to make the environment Clean and Green.
- To create awareness among students on the importance of their participation in keeping the environment clean and green.
- To engage students in tree plantation drives.
- To ensure that students and faculty of the department of Korean Language and Culture are responsible citizens of society who do not contribute to environmental degradation.
- To play our part in representing NUML as an environmentally friendly institution of Pakistan.
