All Departments/offices related to Students will remain functional 20th May 2020 from 0930 hrs to 1430 hrs

1. In order to facilitate the students in routine process of clearance and issuance of transcript etc. all Departments/Offices (related with Student) will remain functional on 20th May 2020 from 0930 hrs to 1430 hrs.  All Deans/HoDs/Directors are requested to ensure the presence of staff to facilitate the students.
2. For students only:- All desirous students may visit the University on 20th May 2020 from 0930 hrs to 1430 hrs for any assistance regarding issuance of degree, transcript or clearance.
3. This is issued with approval of Rector.
