Description
The International Conference on Real Estate (ICRE 2024), held on December 4-5, 2024, brought together experts from academia, industry, and policymaking to address critical challenges in Pakistan’s real estate
sector. Real estate has historically been a key driver of the economy, contributing significantly to GDP, job creation, and investment opportunities. However, the sector has faced persistent issues such as mismanagement, lack of transparency, unregulated housing societies, and urban sprawl. The conference served as a platform to deliberate on these challenges and propose solutions aimed at fostering sustainable market growth and effective urban planning.
