The Department of English (UGS), NUML, successfully hosted a thought-provoking webinar on "Garbo-Citizenships" featuring Dr. Sayan Dey, Assistant Professor at Bayan College, Oman (Affiliated to Purdue University Northwest) on 26th February, 2025 in the Conference Room of Rumi Block, NUML, Islamabad.
Under the guidance of Dr. Amina Ghazanfar (Focal Person) and Ms. Ambreena alongwith the coordination of Ms. Farihatulaen Rizvi, the event provided an enriching discussion on "Garbo-Politics" and "Garbo-Citizenships" or garbage-like political approaches impacting natural and human citizens, especially through the spectrum of shared lands, rivers, borders, emotions, memories and many more.
