Let's be Kind
"Let's be kind" Society
Department: German Department, NUML
1. Vision
To foster an inclusive, empathetic, and supportive academic community within the German
Department, where mutual respect, mental well-being, and cross-cultural kindness form the
foundation of student life.
2. Mission
The "Let's be kind" Society dedicated to promoting kindness, psychological safety, and

4. Objectives
- Establish a peer-mentorship network to assist incoming German department students with social and academic transition.
- Organize "Kindness Circles", animal feeding and stress-relief activities during the semester.
- Host workshops focused on intercultural communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Collaborate with department faculty to advocate for student well-being and inclusive learning practices.
